Weekend Shadow Work Intensive
Explore this Shadow Work retreat experience offering Holistic Coaching, Somatic Practices, Visualization and Spiritual Ceremonies. This uniquely curated combination of the tools and modalities clear old self limiting beliefs and behaviors that are wired into your nervous system. These limiting and negative beliefs and behaviors stifle your ability to thrive and live the life you desire and wish to create-BUT by learning how to work with the mind, body and spirit as a whole it is possible to harness the power you possess within and change your life!!!
Recognizing that there are pieces of who we are that must be released in order for us to reach newer, more expanded levels of who we are meant to be is part of the process of real growth and change. We must experience many deaths of who we have been in order to make lasting change and this retreat has been created to help you do that.
This is an intimate experience with only 7 spaces per session. This is great for any woman who is looking for space on her own to go deeper or with a group of close friends or family who would like a unique experience.
What to Expect
This Shadow Work retreat is the perfect opportunity to take a deep dive into your core beliefs and transform them. Self-limiting beliefs like being unworthy and unlovable show up in our lives in many debilitating ways, stopping us from fully realizing the potential our life has to be incredible. The truth is not very many people are living up to their potential, most of the people we spend our lives with are living in a reality based on their core conditioning.
We are living in a time when life is speeding up-”time” is slipping away and there is much beauty we are missing out on by staying small and on the hamster wheel of society and culture.
This short weekend retreat is a great break from the everyday-an opportunity to put some time aside and for you!! To “retreat” within and dig into the parts of you that have kept you stuck and searching outside of yourself for meaning.
During your stay you will experience the power of embodied intentions, rewire your subconscious to expand your vibration into higher states and aligned realities, reconnect to the wisdom of your body as a teacher, truly release and let go of old outdated beliefs and limitations that have kept you in lack through powerful practices and ceremonies that get into the depths of who you are at your core.

Shadow Work is incredibly powerful. It allows you to unlock the parts of yourself that have been fragmented or disconnected from you for many years and expands your capacity to feel all of who you are beyond the program you have been running to survive.
Shadow work isn’t about being in the darkness all the time.
It is actually about creating balance between our light and our dark by honoring all aspects of who you are. You do not need to spend your life trying to escape the parts of yourself that you find uncomfortable, unworthy or unacceptable to show to the world.
You are not all love and light and you should not be expected to live blinded by that false representation of life. You were not meant to sustain in one constant state. You are a cycle of light and dark. Holding on to one which is more favorable or comfortable stops flow and creates stagnancy, blockages and dis-ease. Blocks show up in our mind, body and spirit in different ways but they take away from our ability to connect fully to your dharma (life path) and our highest potential.

Energetic blocks create self limiting beliefs and behaviors and limit our growth. Your Shadows are Welcome. Your Shadows are Acceptable. Your Shadows are Powerful and are needed to help shape a new better version of the world!!! They are simply attached and need a space to release–this is your opportunity to create that space.
